About Plated Verdict

Plated Verdict is a small desk that reviews meal delivery services and meal kits: what they cost, what is on the menu, what the nutrition labels say and how easy they are to cancel.

Prepared-meal services such as Factor, CookUnity and Trifecta; meal kits such as HelloFresh, Home Chef and Green Chef; and the questions that sit between them: which is cheapest, which suits a diet, and how to keep track of what you eat when someone else cooks.
